Timeline

What happens next

After we verify your request, account-deletion requests are usually processed within 7 working days. We may contact you to confirm details before processing.

Retention exceptions

Some information may be retained after account deletion where required to meet legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or other compliance obligations. Such information is kept only for as long as necessary and is then deleted or anonymised.
